Qualifications

  • Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of trades and crafts supervised and personnel policies.
  • Understanding of safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to plan and organize work assignments with resource determination.
  • Ability to manage subordinate work activities and implement personnel policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage work operations of the Utilities, Pest Controller Sections and Liquid Fuels Maintenance.
  • Plan and organize work assignments and determine required resources.
  • Coordinate supervising personnel and implement policies through subordinate supervisors.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical specifications.
