Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking a Utilities Superintendent in Baltimore, MD to oversee underground utility projects and manage field crews. The role requires strong leadership for water, sewer, and storm drain installations and a solid track record in site development within heavy civil projects.

Ideal candidates will read and interpret civil drawings and specifications, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with Project Managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in utility construction.
• Strong background in water, sewer, and storm drain installation.
• Experience with site development and heavy civil projects is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• OSHA certification preferred.
