Responsibilities

As a Steward, your duties include transporting and cleaning utensils and serviceware, which involves:

• Washing dishes and operating dishwashers
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Polishing silverware
• Stocking supplies
• Cleaning duties like mopping and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean serviceware
• Training other stewards as needed
• Preparing serviceware for events
