Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa seeks a Steward to support the kitchen and heart-of-house operations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment, partnering with the kitchen and banquets, and upholding Hyatt core standards.

You will monitor supplies, ensure a steady flow of clean dishware, keep spaces organized, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest care in a fast-paced resort setting.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays.

Role

The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean "heart of house" and kitchen. A safe environment is expected and overseen by our stewards as well. Our team works in tandem with the food and beverage department (kitchen and banquets) and other heart‑of‑house teams to ensure a clean environment to run the operation effectively. The Stewarding team exudes all Hyatt core and culture standards.

What you will do:

• Supply Management: Monitoring supplies to ensure that the department is fully stocked
• Dishware: Ensuring that each outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware
• Sanitation: Maintaining clean and organized spaces for the hotel
• Communication/Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
