Hilton in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Steward to keep kitchen and dining areas spotless and running smoothly. In this role you’ll clean chinaware, monitor stock, and assist with banquets, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Keep serviceware spotless: clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; burnish silver
• Monitor stock levels: ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal
• Support events delivery: prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Train and mentor team members: share expertise with new stewards to strengthen performance
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to safeguard guests and staff

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
