The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in project management or land development, with familiarity in tools like MS Project and Excel. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually based on experience.
Sol Systems is seeking a Utility Scale Development Associate to support the development team. This individual will support early- to late-stage project development efforts. The Development Associate will work alongside a Senior Development Director to manage a project team including a real estate manager, permitting manager, engineering, preconstruction, and project finance to execute solar projects through development to construction notice-to-proceed. This position is expected to be a source of project management and development knowledge.

This is a full-time hybrid role and will be based in our Washington, DC office.
The base salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
