Freeman Health System is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our Nutrition Services team in the hospital cafeteria. You will operate the dish machine, clean and sanitize dishware, and maintain a safe and orderly dish area during a 20-hour week schedule.
Responsibilities include stocking and transporting supplies, adhering to food-safety and sanitation guidelines, and standing for long periods in a busy kitchen environment with heat and noise.

Schedule: Part Time, 20hrs/week
What You'll Do Spend most of the shift washing and sanitizing dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils. Operate the dish machine and use the three-compartment sink as required. Return clean items to the proper storage and service areas. Clean and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, carts, equipment and work areas. Remove trash and cardboard and keep disposal areas orderly. Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures. Assist with stocking, transporting supplies and other related Nutrition Services duties as assigned Most of the shift is spent standing and working in the dish room around heat, steam, water, food residue, cleaning chemicals and noise.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
