Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO is seeking a part-time Nutrition Services dishwasher (16 hours/week). You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate the dish machine, and assist with stocking and related duties in a fast-paced hospital kitchen environment.

Role requires attention to food safety and workplace safety procedures, with opportunities for growth within Freeman Health System's Nutrition Services team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils.
• Operate the dish machine and three-compartment sink as required.
• Return clean items to storage and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize the dish room, floors, carts, equipment and work areas.
• Remove trash and cardboard and keep disposal areas orderly.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist with stocking, transporting supplies and other Nutrition Services duties.
