Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Utility Coordinator in the Raleigh, NC area to oversee utility coordination and relocations for NCDOT division-managed programs. You will manage resources to identify utility conflicts and oversee relocations prior to construction contracts, while promoting work-life balance.

The role offers opportunities to maintain client relationships, grow STV's service footprint, mentor junior staff, and participate in major transportation projects. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop utility relocations strategies and provide coordination/relocation services for removal, relocation, and modification of utility facilities.
• Interpret highway construction plans and regulations to identify utility impacts.
• Coordinate meetings with NCDOT, utility owners, and contractors; prepare agendas and meeting notes.
• Prepare and QA/QC utility relocation packages and related plans in MicroStation.
