Qualifications

• Duty A: Visually inspect, monitor and record readings of boiler, pumps and air compressors temperature and pressure, and related readings.
• Duty B: Water chemical analysis and treatment for boilers, city water, system water, cooling towers water and water softeners. Adjust treatment program to maintain proper chemical balance.
• Duty C: Maintain environment for proper function and operation of equipment and computers.
• Duty D: Preventative maintenance on a daily, monthly and annual basis depending on function and use.

Responsibilities

• Duty A: Visually inspect, monitor and record readings of boiler, pumps and air compressors temperature and pressure, compression tanks pressure, and outside air temperature on an hourly basis.
• Duty B: Water chemical analysis and treatment for boilers, city water, system water, cooling towers water and water softeners. Adjust treatment program to maintain proper chemical balance.
• Duty C: Maintain clean environment for proper function and operation of equipment and computers.
• Duty D: Perform preventative maintenance on a daily, monthly and annual basis depending on function and use.
