As Utility Person, you're responsible for cleaning china, glass, silver, and serving equipment. Additionally, you'll:

• Set up and breakdown equipment at functions.
• Assist in cleaning kitchens.
• Run and help maintain various dish washing machines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
