Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a motivated team member to assist with plant operations at our aggregates facility in Johnstown, NY. You will help with cleanup, material handling, load/unload materials, and monitor equipment while following safety protocols.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with plant operations including cleanup and material handling


• Monitor equipment and report issues to maintenance or supervisors


• Safely operate tools and machinery as needed


• Support loading and unloading of materials and products


• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite

• Physical capability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
