Maola Local Dairies in Alabama is seeking a Utility Person to support the ice cream production line by placing lids on cartons, monitoring the filler, loading labels, and assisting operators to keep the line running smoothly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, and a hands-on mindset with clean and safe work habits.
You must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds and adapt to fluctuating production needs in a fast-paced environment.
The Utility Person supports ice cream production by performing a variety of tasks to keep the filler line running efficiently. This includes placing lids on cartons, monitoring the filler line, supplying labels to machines, and assisting operators as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds. It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.
