Job summary

Servco Maui is seeking a customer-focused individual to check in service customers, shuttle vehicles and clients, and secure vehicles. You will deliver parts to Diagnostic Specialists and shuttle customers between locations. The role includes car washes and maintaining cleanliness of interiors.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Opportunity to contribute to a team that values Respect, Service, Teamwork, and Innovation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience as a Lot Attendant in an auto dealership is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills are important.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be safety conscious and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle service customers back home or to their work location and back to the service facility when ready.
• Secure vehicles and ensure all doors and windows are locked.
• Shuttle vehicles between service and sales lots for pre-delivery inspection.
• Wash cars or vacuum and clean interiors as needed.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in service customers and conduct vehicle walk around
• Run parts to the Diagnostic Specialists as needed
• Shuttle service customers back home or to their work location and pick-up and drive them back to the service facility when their vehicle is done
• Secure vehicles and ensure all doors and windows are locked
• Shuttle vehicles pending pre-delivery inspection between service and sales lot
• Run cars through the car wash or hand wash cars and clean interior as needed
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Lot Attendant work experience with an auto dealership preferred
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
• Good communication and customer relations skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be safety conscious and customer focused
