International Paper is seeking a Utility/packer in New Castle, PA to safely and efficiently pack finished goods for shipment on an early shift (5am-3pm, Mon-Thu).

You will learn line-specific packing processes, counting and stacking, and labeling, working in a team with attention to detail. This entry-level role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within IP.

The Job You Will Perform

This job requires a team member to accept and utilize instruction on how to safely and efficiently pack finished goods for shipment. A team member must learn all the processes required for their respective Line, including rewinding/stacking, box packing, proper stacking of pallets, and labeling. Must show an ability to work in a team environment and an attention to detail. This is an entry level position.
