Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking a production associate to support assembly lines and operate a powered industrial truck as needed. The shift starts at 5:00 am and ends around 1:45 pm, depending on production schedules.

You will test and repair ranges, train new associates, and assist in resolving quality issues. The role requires clear English communication, physical stamina, and relevant certifications; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Able to work directly with insulation.
• Able to use air tools and hand tools required for the job.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire.
• EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months.

• Tests and repairs ranges. Trains new associates on job tasks and assists in follow-up of quality issues. Troubleshoots functional defects.

You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 5:00 am and end 1:45 pm depending on the production schedule.

Your main tasks:

• Must Achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire and EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months.
• Interview required

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
