Job Overview:

• Starting Pay: $20.70 per hour
• Shift: Swing shift (12‑hour shifts, includes days, overnights, weekends, and holidays)
• Valid and Unrestricted Driver's License (verified during the interview)
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of drug and background screening
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Preferred Experience:

• Forklift or clamp truck operation
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Enter data into computer systems
• Sort and transfer wastepaper to the production line

• Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment

Physical Demands:

• Frequently: Sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, speak, hear, use a keyboard, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Occasionally: Ascend/descend stairs, bend, crouch, push, pull, twist, lift up to 50 lbs.

Vision Requirements:

Ability to see colors, close and distance vision, and adjust focus.
