Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on utility role supporting production and maintenance teams across the plant.
  • Observe, learn, and perform a wide variety of tasks, often serving as a relief or backup operator while gaining experience.
  • Assist with production and maintenance tasks throughout the plant.
  • Operate or attend auxiliary production equipment, including brushing machines, die cast machines, dinking tools, material regrind equipment.
  • Help prepare, stage, and deliver process supplies.
  • Learn and perform forklift operation duties as needed.
  • Support plant operations through additional assigned tasks and basic clerical work.
  • Follow all safety procedures and work under the direction of experienced team members.

Shift & Schedule
  • 12‑hour shifts | 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule
  • Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
  • Position typically starts on night shift
  • Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) required
  • Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40 per week
