Job summary

Rain Carbon Inc. is seeking a Utility Operator in the United States to load petroleum coke, maintain the silo area, and support the calcined coke dock.

You will work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with overtime as needed to maximize production quantity and quality while following company policies. Responsibilities include loading coke into 30-ton hoppers, operating heavy equipment, performing housekeeping, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bulk terminal and/or heavy equipment operation experience a plus.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load green coke into 30-ton hoppers to feed the KFPs according to production plans.
• Maintain housekeeping on the green coke pad and yard at all times.
• Operate mobile conveying equipment and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Issue work permits and participate in equipment maintenance processes.
• Communicate with vendors for pickup/delivery of product and supplies.
