Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a full-time forklift operator for a temp-to-hire role with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (5pm–5:10am). The position pays $20/hour and requires forklift experience, RF scanner use, SAP labeling, and a strong safety mindset.

You will move materials, perform hourly quality checks, operate and monitor machines, and coordinate with mechanics as needed while strictly following PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a safety focus.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner use.

• Build gaylords and place them into machines, removing them when full.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Create and apply product labels using SAP and an RF scanner.
• Transport finished product using a forklift.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the shift and alert mechanics to any issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift.
