Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all utility-related functions to ensure compliance.
• Make procedural and operational recommendations.
• Support the Operations team with maintenance and repairs.

Skills

Proficient in office productivity software, especially Excel

Understanding of company policies, local, state, and federal regulations

Knowledge of property management software

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering or related field
