Job summary

Mass General Brigham, at The McLean Hospital Corporation in Belmont, MA, seeks a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. The role is 40 hours weekly, with a Wednesday–Friday 7am–3:30pm schedule and Saturday/Sunday 8am–4pm, on site at 115 Mill Street.

You will install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with contractors, and keep detailed records while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of utility systems, preferably in a facility setting; 3–5 years required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
