Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC is seeking a seasoned Line Supervisor to oversee construction and repair of distribution networks in the Indianola, MS area. This onsite role requires coordinating crews, ensuring safety, and meeting network goals.

Travel may range from 50% to 75%, and leadership of diverse teams will be essential. A Class A CDL is required, with a minimum of 8 years line experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of line experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to take and understand directives and complete tasks.
• Required to work safely and follow all Entergy safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and assist in the construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
• Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with Company Safety Rules.
• Work to ensure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
• Organize work and manage multiple tasks and inputs simultaneously.
• Assist in Network operations, storm restorations, and operation of AM/FM and directing of contract crews.
• Motivate and influence a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
