Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC seeks a skilled Line Supervisor to oversee the construction and repair of overhead and underground distribution. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and train field personnel in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities include coordinating work, responding to customer issues, and driving safety compliance while meeting network goals. Travel 50%–75% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of line experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow Entergy safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and assist in construction and repair of distribution (overhead and underground).
• Respond to and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
• Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Work to meet or exceed network goals and objectives.
• Manage all SO/SR/WRs in DIS/DSS.
• Organize work and manage multiple tasks and inputs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with others and maintain a positive attitude in extreme conditions.
• Direct construction/repair crews safely and efficiently while maintaining detail and accuracy.
• Assist in network operations, storm restoration, and operation of associated crews.
• Motivate and influence a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce.
