Job summary

Archer Western Construction, LLC is seeking a Utility Laborer for the Central Water Group in Arlington, TX to support water treatment plant improvements. The role involves physical labor, site preparation, and operating hand and power tools under supervision.

Responsibilities include cleanup, scaffolding setup, debris removal, and material handling, with adherence to safety policies and teamwork across a nationwide project network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable construction experience preferred
• Ability to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Comply with all safety policies and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

• Perform physical labor on construction sites as directed by supervisor
