Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must follow all safety policies and communicate effectively.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, hammers and other tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing and disposing of debris and waste materials, digging trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite manually and with equipment.
