Emery Sapp & Sons in the Kansas City area is seeking an Underground Utilities Laborer to support day-to-day construction operations, including loading materials and trench work.

The role requires travel between Lawrence, KS and Independence, MO, physical work up to 50 pounds, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

You will collaborate with site supervisors and crews to ensure project success and contribute to ongoing improvement on field projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
