• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Moves cooking equipment away from walls to detail the equipment and clean underneath.
• Removes filters from vent hoods and washes them.
• Cleans, sanitizes and where applicable, polishes all food contact surfaces.
• Cleans floors and refrigeration units.
• Operate the dishwasher and check all items for cleanliness.
• Proactively maintain all dishwashing and other cleaning equipment.
• Clean the garbage area; and sort and remove trash.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
