Job summary

International Paper in Sealy, TX is hiring an Entry Manufacturing Laborer to support the production line. Starting pay is $19.39 per hour with a 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am shift, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities include counting and stacking finished product, reading orders, and measuring with basic shop tools. You will also read gauges, perform basic math, fill out quality and administrative documents, and assist with machine clean-up tasks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 6 months warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Able to read a tape measure and ruler.
• Able to perform basic shop math accurately.

Responsibilities

• Count and stack finished product.
• Read factory orders.
• Read gauges and test equipment accurately.
• Use basic shop math; inspect products.
• Complete quality and administrative documents and follow directions.
• Assist with cleanup tasks around the machine area (blow down, wipe shafts, clean ink systems, vacuum and sweep) and handle scrap.

The Job You Will Perform
