The role requires a strong background in utility operations, proven leadership, production focus, and a commitment to safety standards.

The candidate will oversee daily work, coordinate with project managers, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification is a plus.
• Experience in utility operations, with water/sewer systems knowledge in a construction setting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct crews to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to allocate resources.
• Monitor work quality against plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies for a secure site.

• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
