The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, planning, and coordination of labor in accordance with Crowder's safety standards. You will read plans, oversee trenching and backfill, manage productivity, and communicate with team members to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of underground pipe installation and provide hands-on supervision.
• High school or trade school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Crowder's standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew safety and complete required safety documentation.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate work on site.
• Travel may be required to multiple states.
• Read plans and interpret layouts for underground pipe installation.
• Maintain understanding of trenching, excavation and backfill.
• Supervise construction crew and manage labor hours.
