Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring for a position responsible for controlling resin and regrind, inspecting and packing products, and ensuring quality throughout the production process. The job includes maintaining cleanliness in mixing and storage areas, performing inspections, and packaging finished products while reporting to management.

The targeted pay range is $21.00 - $26.88 per hour, including a competitive benefits package that covers medical, dental, and vision plans among other perks.

Responsibilities

• Control resin and regrind; inspect and pack product, report production.
• Mix resins and color concentrates to supply molding machines.
• Ensure each molding machine runs the correct resin.
• Maintain resin mixing and storage areas clean and organized.
• Sort, clean and granulate flash and rejected product.
• Perform visual inspections of product, quality testing.
• Affix sleeves, labels, and stickers to finished product.
• Package finished product.
• Report case count sheets and quality inspection to supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Control resin and regrind; inspect and pack product; report production.
• Mix resins and color concentrates to supply molding machines with correct material mixtures.
• Ensure each molding machine is running the correct resin.
• Maintain resin mixing and storage areas clean and organized.
• Sort, clean and granulate flash and rejected product to maximize reuse and minimize loss.
• Perform online visual inspections of product, quality testing, and reject nonconforming product.
• Affix sleeves, labels, and stickers to finished product.
• Package finished product.
• Report case count sheets, quality inspection and other reports to shift supervisors and managers.

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
