As a Utility at SSP America, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
• Maintaining the cleanliness of surfaces and equipment such as floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, and storage areas
• Removing refuse to designated areas
• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings and transporting used service ware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Scraping food from dishes, pots, and pans, and washing them by hand or using a dishwasher
• Cleaning equipment with appropriate chemicals to meet sanitary standards, which may include heavy equipment
• Assisting guests with specific requests and communicating their needs to servers or supervisors
• Loading and unloading supply trucks and transferring items between storage and work areas
• Stocking, dating, rotating, and checking the temperature of food items
• Performing other duties as assigned
