Position: Utility at SSP

Pay: $19.90 per hour

Our Utility positions at SSP play a vital role in maintaining clean and sanitized restaurants for our guests and team members. Utility employees excel in:

Responsibilities

1. Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas.
2. Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment, including floors, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, and storage areas.
3. Remove refuse to designated areas.
4. Clear and reset tables in dining areas and transport serviceware to the kitchen for cleaning.
5. Scrape and wash dishes, pots, and pans, either by hand or using a dishwasher, then store properly.
6. Clean equipment with appropriate chemicals, possibly using heavy equipment.
7. Assist guests with requests and communicate needs to the server or supervisor.
8. Load and unload supply trucks and transfer items between storage and work areas.
9. Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
