Job Title: Utility at SSP America

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Our restaurant portfolio in the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport includes Chili's, Max & Erma's, Sora Japanese Cuisine, Coffey Beanery, and more.

As a Utility at SSP America, you can expect to:

1. Create a positive guest experience by maintaining hygienic work areas
2. Remove refuse to designated areas
3. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces and equipment
4. Clear and reset tables and transport service ware to the kitchen
5. Wash dishes and pots, or load/unload dishwashers
6. Clean equipment to meet sanitary standards
7. Assist guests with requests and communicate needs to staff
8. Load/unload supply trucks
9. Stock, date, rotate, and check food temperatures
10. Perform other duties as assigned
