Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• Remove garbage and sanitize the dish machine at shift end
• Keep storage areas organized and clean
• Assist with cleaning other areas as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
