Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations, ensuring clean wares and safe handling of equipment while contributing to guest experiences and our standards.

You will be expected to work various shifts, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. The position includes inclusive benefits and a path for growth within MVW.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays and both weekend days.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper and safe handling and storage of equipment, returning equipment to appropriate location.
• Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
• Cleans and maintains sanitation areas and organizes cleaning supplies including hanging up mops and brooms.
• Organizes supply rack, including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc.
• Operates cleaning equipment to ensure only clean and sanitary items are used in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Racks dirty items (silverware, plates, glassware, etc).
• Inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $31.55

Job Duration: Employment will end on or prior to September 30, 2027

As a Dishwasher, a typical day will include:

To Become a Dishwasher at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
