Starting at $19.35 per hour with a raise to $21.30 after 90 days, the position includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and a robust benefits package. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must obtain a medical certificate.
• Must have general knowledge of machinery and maintenance skills.
• Must be able to maneuver large vehicles/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Haul manure and turkeys when needed.
• Assist the Clean Out Crew when needed.
• Assist in mowing, chopping, and plowing snow as needed.
• Power wash trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
