Job summary

Brock & Company is seeking a Utility Associate to support our Corporate Dining team in a four‑day workweek schedule. This full‑time role offers provided meals, uniforms, and Fridays off, with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Join a premier contract food management provider serving corporations and schools in the Mid‑Atlantic and New England regions. You’ll work in a fast‑paced kitchen, ensuring safety and quality while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain food production equipment & service ware as directed by supervisor and cleaning schedule.
• Remove trash and waste as instructed, ensuring proper disposal.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, and stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms following supervisor instructions.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Lifting and moving of food, food containers and other non‑food items from floor position to a height no higher than one’s own.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID‑19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.
