Job description

We are seeking skilled and semi-skilled laborers for utility, traffic signal, and roadway construction projects in the Corpus Christi area. Our team works on several projects involving the installation of underground pipe, cable, and traffic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing roadway electrical and traffic signal systems
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Ensure work is done correctly the first time
  • Follow daily instructions and adapt as needed
  • Operate equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and bucket trucks
  • Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and excavation is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with operating construction equipment is helpful
  • Background in roadway lighting or traffic signals is a plus but not necessary
  • Skills in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work are compensated
  • Ability to learn roadway electrical installation
  • Valid ID or driver's license (Class C, B, or A)
  • Experience driving light to medium-sized construction vehicles with trailers is helpful
  • Reliable transportation to the job site
  • Ability to work well in a team
