Job summary

R.H. White Construction & Service Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager, Utility to oversee contracts ranging from $2–$5 million.

The role focuses on delivering projects for multiple utility clients in New England, while guiding staff in scheduling and maintaining solid employee relations. Candidates should have a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent, 5+ years in construction/finance/management, and strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and building practices.

Qualifications

  • 4 year engineering degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in construction, finance, and management.
  • Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical civil and building practices.
  • Innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project) and project management tools.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to direct and coordinate staff, sub-contractors, and consultants.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts for construction activities ranging from $2–$5 million.
  • Deliver projects to multiple utility company customers in New England.
