Position Objective

To assist customers in their shopping experience by sacking purchases and assisting in general store operations in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Office Manager.

Status

This is a non-exempt position.

Knowledge

Essential: Completion of ongoing training as per Cosentino’s Learning Plan.
Non-Essential: May need to obtain a liquor license before starting.

Skills and Job Functions

Responsibilities include proper bagging techniques, knowing store items and policies, delivering groceries, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, resolving complaints, complying with health and safety regulations, operating equipment safely, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Abilities

Must be able to push/pull items, stand/walk for long periods, lift/carry up to 30 lbs., bend, squat, and work in cool environments. Ladder climbing is optional.
