TEOCO'sAuditteamisseekingasmart,self-motivated,andcollaborativecandidate.Thisisagreatopportunitytogainorbuilduponexperienceinconsulting,developingafoundationofutilityinvoiceknowledgeandlearningsoftwaretools.

Responsibilities

• Auditingandoptimizationofrates(contracts/tariffs)inderegulatedandregulatedmarkets;detailedanalysisofusagesensitivecharges(electric,gas)topinpointincorrectratesoropportunitiestodecreasecostinthefuture

• Identifyincorrectcombinationsofchargesbilledbasedonclientprofile;leverageinventoryandsourcesystemstoidentifyopportunitiesfordataqualityimprovement,

• Disputesofchargesinaccuratelybilled,and/ordisconnectionofservicesnolongerinuse-thismayinvolveworkwithfieldrepresentativesoftheclient.

• Evaluatethestatusofchargesassociatedwithsitesin"temporary"status.

• Investigateanyflat-ratedchargesassociatedwithlandlordsites andlookforconsolidationopportunitieswhereclientshavemorethanonebusinessentityatthesamesite;andevaluatetheapplicationoftaxesandsurchargestoclientaccounts.

• Identifiedissueswillbeloggedintoadatabaseofrecordforvendoractionand/orclientactionandapproval.

• Teamwillberesponsibleforensuringapprovedissuesareworkedtoclosure,anyassociatedbenefittotheclientiscaptured,and,ifapplicable,amountsinvoicedtoclient.

• Leadwillbeexpectedtoworkwithinternalprogrammingandsystemteamstoautomateprocessesasmuchaspossible

Required
