Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to support brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing processes. You will assist less experienced operators with setup and troubleshooting and help ensure schedules are met while promoting safety in manufacturing procedures.

The role requires attention to quality, proper housekeeping, and teamwork to keep production flowing. This is a day-shift, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within

Position Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Have strong summary of knowledge in processes, prints and procedures, which would include basic hands on proficiency in the following areas where needed: Brazing/Fin Press/Sheet Metal and Tubing, as well as any other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment. Assist less experienced operators in setting up and trouble shooting problems. Able to execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
