Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator (Utility B) for 2nd shift at Adalet‑Cardington, OH.

You will fabricate stainless steel electrical enclosures, finish parts, and perform welding using multiple processes while adhering to drawings and QA standards. You will read specs, work instructions, and BOMs; participate in Lean/5S and process improvement; maintain safety and environmental guidelines; and collaborate with leads and teammates to produce high-quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus.
• Reliable in attendance with strong safety habits and PPE use.
• Able to stand and operate machinery for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Finish stainless steel enclosures using grinders and belt sanders.
• Apply weld studs using capacitor discharge and drawn-arc welding.
• Use resistance welding to attach parts to enclosures.
• Read drawings, BOMs, routers, and work instructions.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
• Follow safety policies and Lean/5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with leads and team members; report issues.
• Move materials safely and participate in continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator (Utility B) 2nd shift to join our team at Adalet‑Cardington, OH. In this role, you’ll help manufacture high‑quality stainless steel electrical enclosures using grinding, finishing, spot welding, stud welding, and other fabrication processes. What You’ll Do

• Finish stainless steel enclosures and components using belt sanders, grinders, and handheld finishing tools
• Apply weld studs using capacitor discharge and drawn‑arc welding processes
• Use resistance welding equipment to attach parts to enclosures
• Start up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and remove defective parts
• Read and follow drawings, BOMs, routers, and work instructions
• Perform internal finishing through abrasive blasting or grinding
• Work from samples and written or verbal instructions
• Use a variety of hand tools and measuring equipment
• Report equipment issues, material defects, or safety concerns to supervision
• Safely move materials and equipment using appropriate tools
• Participate in Lean/5S and process improvement efforts
• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety policies
• Support and maintain ISO Quality System requirements
• Collaborate effectively with leads, supervisors, and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
