Xylem is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team in the United States. You will assemble and sub-assemble parts, inspect with scales and gauges, read simple drawings, and ensure products meet specifications.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. You will maintain a clean work area, follow instructions, and contribute to on-time shipments while upholding Xylem's standards for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow simple drawings and instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, including scales and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to perform moderate physical work, including occasional heavy lifting.
