Job summary

VMC Group in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated warehouse worker for rubber component production. The role involves loading rubber material weighing 10 to 45 lbs, bending and standing for several hours, and assisting press operations.

• Loads rubber material weighing 10 to 45 lbs to the operator, requiring bending and lifting and standing for 4-6 hours.
• Cleans completed rubber components with a stationary drill bit while the product is spinning, removing excess materials to meet specs.
• Trims rubber components using a scissor to ensure smooth surfaces and alignment with engineering specs.
• Assist Mill operator with loading and unloading raw rubber material for press production runs.
• Operates and/or assists Press Operator in loading and unloading rubber molds.
• Operates forklift to move material between warehouses.

Essential Job Responsibilities not limited to:

• Loads rubber material weighing 10 to 45 lbs. to the operator, requiring bending and lifting and standing for 4-6 hours.
• Cleans completed rubber components with a stationary drill bit while the product is spinning. The job requires cleaning the product of excess materials to precise requirements.
• Trims rubber components using a scissor to ensure the product is smooth and meets engineering specifications
• Assist Mill operator with loading and unloading raw rubber material for press production runs.
• Operates and/or assist Press Operator in loading and unloading rubber molds.
• Operates forklift to help move material between warehouses.
