OSRAM SYLVANIA INC. is seeking a 2nd shift Utility to support packaging operations for automotive headlight bulbs. You will assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons, verify labeling, inspect finished goods, and follow all packaging guidelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

• Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.
• As part of Packaging, assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons for delivery and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspect final product and packaging for damage and follow company guidelines.

As a member of our Packaging team, you will directly impact the final step of production before going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:

• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.

2 nd shift Utility 2:45pm-11:15pm

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

$0.50/ hour raise after 6-month successful review

Who we are looking for

Qualifications.

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, and report equipment faults to the supervisor or team leader
• Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one stooping, crouch, bending at waist, and lift to 25lbs.
