Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Packer on 2nd shift at our Wilmington, USA facility. You will assemble, pack, weigh and label cartons for delivery, with attention to correct labeling and documentation and strict packaging guidelines.

Responsibilities include inspecting final products, handling inventory carefully, and maintaining product integrity at the equipment pace. The role offers a 2nd shift from 2:45pm to 11:15pm with a $2.00 shift differential and a starting pay rate of $17.00/hour, plus

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Stand, stretch, bend, reach and twist.
• Lift at least 25 lbs on your own.

Responsibilities

Inspectingthe finalproduct and packaging to ensure they are not damaged.

Following all company guidelinesregardingpackaging.

Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.

Packers must be able to seal each container whilemaintainingproduct integrity at the set pace of the equipment.

Packers must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

As a member of our Packaging team, you will directlyimpactthefinal stepof production before
going out to the market. This roleis responsible forpackaging the finished automotive headlight
bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:

Assembly, packing,weighingand labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.

Identifyingcorrectlabeling and documentation.

Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged

Following all company guidelinesregardingpackaging.

Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

$0.50/hourraise after 6-month successful review

2 nd shift Packer - 2:45pm-11:15pm
