Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Utilities operator for the molding production line at our PA facility. The role supports safe and efficient operation, adjusts depositor settings, and ensures product quality according to schedule.

Must perform changeovers, maintain equipment, run Autonomous Maintenance, and complete quality checks and paperwork daily. This full-time 1st shift position runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with some Saturdays possibly required.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced conveyor line.
• Mental alertness to identify quality issues.
• Ability to understand and follow standard procedures.
• Ability to follow basic instruction on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect molding line and equipment for safe, efficient operation before start-up.
• Verify product specifications against the production schedule.
• Operate and adjust depositor settings to ensure correct weights and material distribution.
• Pump tempered chocolate and center material as needed for machine cooling.
• Monitor product quality (weight, gloss, appearance) and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform changeovers and minor mechanical adjustments between production runs.
• Clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment throughout the day (Autonomous Maintenance).
• Keep the cupper full and maintain continuous line operation.
• Complete required quality checks and production paperwork accurately.
• Report any safety, quality, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
